Books for Christmas

Ann gave me two fiction books for Christmas that I have finished reading. Both involve knitting!
I enjoyed reading both books. The Friday Night Knitting Club had a surprising ending, but was a very well written, interest story. Died in the Wool was a light reading mystery.

Newest Jan Karon

I really enjoyed the Jan Karon "Mitford" series. Now she has started a "Father Tim" series. Home to Holly Springs is the first in this series. A truly "hard to put down" book that leaves you wanting more. I'm ready for the next installment about Father Tim.

Back on Blossom Street

My Zooba book selection for June has arrived and already been read!

It is the third in a collection of books written by Debbie Macomber about the happenings around a knitting shop. This book was an easy read, but had enough drama to keep you wanting to find out what was going to happen in the next chapter. It was a wonderful book to read and even had happy endings for everyone.
